Easter

Ahh we had a beautiful day for Easter. We ate our Traditional Easter dinner Ham, Funeral potatoes,( thats what we call them) fruity Pam salad, and some vegetables. It was fun to see the grand babes play outside with their Easter toys..

 I do feel bad that we had our Easter Egg hunt with the kids late. Church for us did not end till after 4 pm. Normally its 5. So we had to come home get the ham in the oven blah blah and everything else ready. Soooo a little late in the evening  If I had been thinking of it correctly we would of had the hunt before dinner. Oh well we still had fun!

Ohhh how I love these two little boys! AND here really soon we can add another boy to the group!! Can't wait! 

Happy Birthday Jory!

 HA Jaylyn made this cake. It was a great cake! We laughed because she left out the h on birthday! 

 Ahhh Jaren was adding a big sparkle for Jory to blow out his candles!! 

 So glad we toned it done to one candle. 

 Hmmm Easton is like really wanting a taste of this!

 This cake tasted so wonderful!! Those reese's  peanut butter cups tasted so good!

 So we went outside to enjoy the sparklers instead of on the cake.....

Pool Fence

Cam and Janica had their caseworker come and inspect our home so that they can do adoption  through LDS Services. They are living with us so that they can pay off their school dept. And this Mama is enjoying it cause its been a long time since Janica has been gone and I'm soaking up enjoying her here with us. So they got the house all inspected but one problem and we thought it might me...the pool. Well we got quotes to have a fence put up. 4,600 and a few more like that. So we have smart fart Cameron!! We can do it for cheaper than that. AND we did!! When Cam sets his mind to it move out of the way and lets get it done!! So on a Saturday morning Cam said to David lets go to Lowes or Home Depot and check out prices! YES much cheaper for them to do it themselves. They got a lot done in one day!! I am so proud of them and the hard work they put into it. Now Miss Janica the hard worker she is was right along with them boys helping them as well. It is for them but then in reality its for all our grandchildren heer and those to come. We want them safe around the pool.

 So it feels good to have it all done. And the caseworker came out to look at it and was amazed how fast it was done. Hey we want a baby here!! We will work fast and hard. 

 While they were working on the pool fence these Bee's made an appearance  I missed it, but Janica said it was weird how they came. They made a lot of noise.

The next day they did move one. So glad they did. Was afraid to have them in the yard around the kids playing. 

Learning How To Water

Dave is trying to teach me how to water if he is out of town! Ha lets see if I can remember it!

Doing A Little Camping And Shooting In The Desert

Well you have to take advantage of the weather when its good!! So the kids did. Jory, Brittney, Jancia and Cam went camping in the desert. Not one of my utmost favorite  camping spots to go, I prefer the mountains. But the kids left on Friday night and Dave and I got in the Jeep and headed out for a day trip!! Nice weather for a Jeep ride. The kids went camping where Dave and the boys do a lot of shooting and hunting for Javelina. I will have to say that the desert looked pretty with all the rain we have had. It looked green and well watered. There is one little boy in particular that loves to camp!! That would be Easton. Loves to ride the quads, loves to be outside. What little boys does not!! Dave and I had a great day with the kids riding the quads and Jeepin it around.

 It's time for some somemores! 

Dave and I headed back to home after treats. It was not to bad of weather. Not too cold. I just put my hoodie on and Dave put on the heater so our feet stayed warm. It was a great day to be out side!!
