Hatch's White Coat Ceremony

Dave is going to school at Mid Western University to be a Podiatrist. We are so proud of him. He is doing a great job. So we were very thrilled to be invited to this event of his. Its really cool to see all these students receive their white coats.

Here is Dave and Jess and Will. You have to be a strong wife to be a supporter of your husband to be a doctor. They are gone A LOT!!! She does great! And so does Will!

Jaren's Elk Hunt

Jaren got his elk this yr with the bow and arrow! Yahooo for him. Jory and Jaren both worked so hard at practicing to nail one. It really is all about luck how much you know and how good of a arm you have to strike one. Jory played right till the end of the hunt and came up empty handed. He tried really really hard. Those boys had fun with each other out in them woods!

Our Summer Lakepowell Fun

Our trips this year to Powell were kinda one after another. We took Breken to Powell for his first trip. That was a blast!! Then we took some friends from the ward that have never been to Lake Powell and they had bought a boat earlier in the year and was really excited to try it out with us at Powell. Here is Dave coming down from sand mountain that we were showing our friends. On this trip we also took John from work who had never been to Lake Powell to. And then some of Jaren's friends came with us to.

So here is Rainbow Bridge. The water is really up this year and you can see it from the dock. It really is beautiful!

This was Breken's first time in the water at Lake Powell. HE LOVED it!! Loved the water. This was over Labor day weekend and the weather just happened to be a little cooler. The water temp was warm but the air temp was cooler. But had a ball playing in the water

I was water skiing in air temp was 63 degrees but the water temp was like 78. Can't beat that. I had the best water to ski on.

Breken did really well with having his life jacket on. Did not seem to mind it at all. Which we were all worried about. But he did good.

WE had a great time taking Breken for his first time to Powell. He is a true Wright who loves to go to Powell. Can't wait till next summer with him!
