Dave has been working very hard on a process that he has developed with gun barrels. He sprays the barrels and makes them lighter. I some what understand what he is doing but the process of doing I don't! But you speak to any man who know's guns and is in love with the process. So back in December he had to ask permission to get into this show. Not an easy thing. And he did. He has been working so hard to get ready for it. I seriously don't know how he did it. He was working the day or half days with Accuwright cause that is our main source of income and then working on Gunwright. He would work till 4 in the morning. Then get up by 7 and start all over again. Well I do have faith in him that this is a passion he has and if he puts his mind and heart into like he did with Accuwright it will work out. He is very good at doing goals. So it is not opened up to the public to walk in. Its geared towards police officers, army, marines. And a whole lot of other people. And it was opened up to a lot of other people selling their products as well. So we drove up Monday the 14th left at 3:30 am!! Drove in really really cold weather. When we left our house it was 24 degrees. That's cold for Arizona!! We took our camping trailer so that David could hall the tables and guns safely. Arrived in Vegas before Noon, had to wait to get in to set up. By 5pm we were all done. Long day I will have to say. Dave took along with us two guys. Howie Owens and Dave the gunsmith. They have been working with him on setting this all up. So I came for moral support of it all. I pretty much stayed in the hotel room while they were gone all day. So the shot show began Tuesday the 15th and ran till Friday the 18th. David loved every minute of it and came back so exhausted with how many people he saw! He has some really good contacts to make this work. I did have fun doing my own stuff like hitting the gym while I was there. Nothing big just was able to kill some time. Went to the movies. This place we stayed in is called South Point. Its more at the end of the strip but its a busy place. And they have a Movie theater and a bowling ally. So if you don't gamble their is other things to do. I was a good girl and did not want to waste my money!! David on the the other hand needs to be watched! Those slot machines see him coming and just ring his bell to come take his money!! And he is willing to loose his money!! Not me! Ha! But it was a good trip for him. I hope things will start up for him and see how far he can run this part of the business!!
