New Years Eve

We went out to dinner with Cheryl and Laci. We went to our favorite sushi place kabuki's in Tempe Market. We had a lot of fun there.
Then we took a stroll down to Cold Stone Creamery for some ice cream!!

Cheryl wanted to show of her sexy legs!!
I have some sexy legs to!! Mine were just in my pants!! It was a fun night then we headed to their house and booked our cruise in April. Doing a Southern Caribbean. Soo excited for it!!
Happy New Year!

Family Pictures

In November we had some family pictures taken. I really did not need to update since we had them taken 2 years ago. But I wanted to replace the pictures that I had hanging up in our old house (Tempe) in the living room. So we had Eric Greenhalgh take them again for us. I love the colors we chose because they fit so well with the scenery. I am going to brag and I can brag. I have some beautiful children. I am so blessed with how they have turned out as adult children. I give a lot of credit to how their Dad has taught them, given them guidance when  needed. They had a mean mom!! But a  mean MOM with lots of LOVE for them! I'm a cool Mimi! I enjoy loving these adult children in a different aspect of their lives. I don't have to deal with curfews, chores not being done! But to have fun conversations with each one, loving and spoiling their children! Spending holidays with them and making more memories to share. Its a joy to want them to be near me and their dad.

Christmas Eve ~ Christmas Day

Christmas Eve we had David fry up some fish and wings. Yum.. We had Dave and Jess Hatch stop by. We roasted  marshmallows and just had fun!! Christmas day we had all the kids here. What fun we had!! Ya I loved it. We decided not to do our tradition of going to the movies. We have little ones now so it makes it hard to do that one. Dave and I will go when its an off year with the kids. I love this time of year to be with our loved ones and celebrating and being with one another. We have very fond memories of the past Christmases and its fun to listen to the kids talk of them.

 Dave and Maycie

No Jaren is not really drinking beer. Dave used Odules to put with the fish batter. And Jaren is drinking up the last of the Odule beers
Another of our traditions is Pam reading the "Twas the night before Christmas" I love doing this!

Now we are playing a game called Jack is alive.... LOL I have no idea who made this game up!! Cam did! So we are taking turns blowing on a piece of wood to see how long it takes to blow it out!! Haha it was really fun I  have to say!!!

Here is Dave putting this little bike together for Breken for Christmas Day!! Its been awhile since he has done a project like this....

The end of Christmas Eve. I love how the tree looks a lit up with the toys ready to be seen the next day
And Jaren fell asleep and would not move so I just left him there!
One happy little man!! That's what Papa and Mimi gave him

Jory and Brittney brought over all their presents to open with us!

Remember these toys they make a lot of noise! Mr. E just loves it

Happy Boy!
Look at those slippers!! Almost as big as him!
You will poke your eye out with a belt buckle that big!!

Slippers and his bike makes for one happy boy!

Ya!!!! Mama is happy got a coat and a I PAD!! You have NO idea how surprised I was!! NO IDEA!!!! In love with it!!
Mr. E laying down with Daddy for a little rest from opening up the presents. That is soo exhausting for a 1 year old. He was watching his new movie the Lion King

Merry Christmas!!!
Dave gave the boys a kit to make knives with them. A very neat idea to spend time with them. Hopefully later I can post the finished product!!
