Blast From The Past

I was in the closet the other day and came across these pictures! Ohhh I do remember when we took them. We drove to Utah for Christmas and we had a family Christmas party at Aunt Valerie's and Uncle Carlos home and she took these pictures of the kids. Jaren was just 6 months old. So they were taken in December of 1989. Ya I am rockin that 80's hair style!! But oh my kids look soo precious. Jory has the most cutest smile. Big and happy!

Thanksgiving With All The Kids

This was a fun Thanksgiving. All the kids were here to celebrate. Janica and Cam came from Cali. Jory and Britt stayed in town due to the fact she did not want to travel with her getting so close due with the baby. And Grandma and Grandpa were here with us this year to. And Dave and Jess and Will was with us to. Full house! I like it that way.

I am a very well kept women. My man cooks my turkey for Thanksgiving Day! Ya I am soo happy that Dave really enjoys doing that. Now mind you I am cooking a lot of other things so it balances it self out really well.

Jaylyn spent the night before Thanksgiving. So it was fun to have them wake up with us

This is Dave and John doing some resting. Dave is resting from his cooking I suppose....John is watching football

Bring on the food!

Here are Grandma's all time favorite rolls. Ohh it was nice to have them with our dinner

Here is Dave Hatch with his brother in law Ray

Doesn't she look wonderful. Beautiful is all I can say. She looks great

Happy Thanksgiving!

Saturday after Thanksgiving the boys went to the dessert to shoot and ride the quads. The girls went to the movie and Saw Breaking Dawn. By the way GREAT movie! Can't wait for # 2 to come out.

And Dave was a smart fart and got a rabbit!

The boys taking a break and having some lunch

I know that Grandpa had a great time

Dave made use of his rabbit. Rabbit stew he made. I made Turkey soup. Only Janica and him ate the rabbit stew.

Later Saturday night we put the Christmas Tree up. Now I was thinking that the kids would really get into having some fun with them all together that they would enjoy putting up the tree this yr. Nope did not happen!!! It was more fun for the B-rek!!!! Here is Janica having fun playing with the B-rek! He likes to push the vacuum head around all over the floor. One of his toys...

The tradition is that we watch Christmas Vacation while we put the tree up. YES the B liked the movie!

It was nice to have Breken help with the tree this yr

Bussiness In Chicago

Dave had a Fab Tech Welding Conference to go to in Chicago. I went because I knew some of the people there that was doing a booth. Dave actually spent two days doing a class. But its fun when I can go and find some one on one with him and play after little bit after business. The weather was wonderful when we came in. When we got into the airport we usually take a cab. But Dave decided to do the train. So much cheaper. We used my phone to figure out where we needed to go. If we took the cab it would have been easily 50-60 dollars. The train cost barely 5 dollars. And it was a neat adventure along the way. Got to see more of Chicago. But then the weather took a down side and went COLD. Now when we came in it was in the 60's. On the day we decided to go walk around Chicago it was the high of 32 degrees!!!! COLD and we did not have thick coats like every one else had . Scarfs or muffins. BUT we did survive! We had fun at a small mall. Shopped pretty much at Eddie Bauer's!! That's Dave's store. It was fun to get away with him and just really enjoy one another company. He had been extremely busy with work, church and life things that keep us apart at some point. So it was a great business/play trip!

At this little mall where we had lunch

We went and found a place to eat dinner called David Burke's Primehouse. Oh my gosh that was the most nicest place to eat. Great steak meal we both had. And the desert we had. I ate mine alllll by my self! We usually get a desert and share one. But noooo I had one of my own. Great atmosphere as well. I would go again. But yes it was expensive. Not used to paying that much for a dinner. But hey once in a while its worth it and by golly we deserved it!!!

This was the best appetizer we had

This meat was aged for 55 days That what our waiter recommend we get. And I will have to say I have never enjoyed a piece of meat as much as I did this selection

This was Dave's desert

This was mine

After our meal we enjoyed a warm cup of tea, Chamomile and Peppermint

Life Of Mr."B" and The B-rek!

I have caught some very random pictures of Breken playing. He is one spoiled first grandchild. I hope he will understand that when Jory and Brittney's Mr. Baby Wright comes he will have to split that attention. But I love to take pictures of this little guy! He is very active for a little boy! Go figure....

Fun Mud Runs

OK...So we like mud runs!!!! This one was out at Raw Hide Arizona. We had Cheryl's Daughter and Niece come and do this one. This was a fun run, but the mud was soooo different then Colorado. The mud in Colorado was thick thick! In AZ it was a milky sandy mud. And they did not have as many obstacles that we had hoped for. This one was held in September

~ Got Milk~?

Now this run was out in Buckeye AZ. It was called the Rugged Manic. It was held November 5th. It was a fun mud run!! And it was big. They had 15 obstacles along the way. The funniest obstacle it was was the slide!!!! It was fast. Laci, Cheryl's husband videoed taped us. At the bottom we just were all laughing. The weather on this on was cooler. It had rained all night and so it was a little chilly. I am really liking these mud runs with the obstacles.

This is part of the course.

WE finished! WE are unstoppable!
