Thanksgiving

Well we had a beautiful day to have Thanksgiving. Nice weather Temp wise it was high of 73...

We decided to deep fry our turkey this year. We have done it in the past while we have done hunting camping but not at home. So we also did onion rings and a turkey breast and chicken wings. Hmm it was all good. So we had a fruit salad that Janica made, funeral potatoes and yams. No potato and gravy for us. Brittney made some homemade rolls for us. Oh and we did have he Costco pumpkin pie and pecan pie!!! Why bake them when they taste so good from Costco!!

 Dave had a good time relaxing in between his cooking....

These boys had fun playing before we ate. 

  Time to relax after dinner and enjoy the sun....

 This kid was a hoot!! Playing with my phone and wearing my glasses!!

Then we all headed to Mimi's and Papa's room to slumber and play.....

 This is the most sweetest calm little boy!! He played on the floor for so long. He is just content. Ahhh I just love to smooch him all over...

And with all the playing he finally got tired. I just  loved he just feel asleep on my shoulder

I have lots to be thankful for. I'm blessed!!

Family Fun Pictures

I was trying to get some very fun casual family pictures at the house so that I can do a Christmas card this year. Its always fun to try and put everyone together. Is especially fun with he grand kids!! They always don't want to comply with you. We did manage get to one picture that will due. But it fun to look at all the in between pictures you get so that you can have just that one!!!

Cam's Birthday

These pictures got out of order. The pictures below are on Sunday when we meant all together for dinner. David was hunting bear Friday and Saturday so we all meant for Sunday to celebrate Cam's birthday. On Saturday when it was Cam's birthday we went to Barrow's Pizza and ate there. then headed to Pete Piper Pizza and played games. Ha Easton just thought that was the bomb!! It brings back so many memories going to peter piper pizza for when we would have the kid's birthday's there. Or when we would go for our Friday night out with the family. We had fun!!

We always have fun blowing out the candles. These little ones just love to HELP blow out the candles!! And these candles happen to be matches! I forgot to buy some new ones!! It worked

Dave's Birthday Weekend And Then Some~

We went to Las Vegas for David's birthday. It was a short fast weekend. But his winnings made up for it!! Ha we never won money like this before. I was really upset at him when I found out he put in a $100 dollar bill! Ah we don't usually play that big. So when I came out of the bathroom he is yelling at me. Then told me he put in that $100 bill. I was mad....then he said he won...then I just laughed and said really.....not really believing him...then I noticed it was flashing...so I laughed some more...like how much did you win...then he preceded to tell me how much he could have won if it was aligned up diferently....hmm really....then I asked soo how much did you win.....$2800.00...HaHa then I really laughed!!! Well then I was not sooo mad at him. So they gave him cash for his winnings. All 100 dollar bills. So we had a very nice dinner that night. Sushi and a steak dinner. Maybe that was two dinners. And saved the rest..!! David likes to spend money..so do I but I know how to put it away and save. Good thing he is married to me!! It was a fun weekend.

David and I got into Vegas at midnight on a Friday his birthday. And we stayed in New York New York. So we put our luggage away..and headed down to the floor. We have our favorite place we like to sit and people watch. Its right in front of the place where they play the piano and sing or have karaoke. The people that go in and out and walk all around is just funny. And it was Halloween time as well. Some were still dressed up. We sat there till 2 am or later!! People watching.

 The lights on the strip are just beautiful. We love to walk around the outside in the evening time and just see all the interesting people as well!! We are easily entertained....

 Soooo this is when I got done doing my hair for the day. But then I had a workout and then it did not look that good any more! Just had to share I can curl my hair. I love it when Jaylyn does it for me...

 Hmmm Jury duty for me....I was not picked thank goodness...

 I sent my cactus plant to Cheryl....I believe I was over watering it...Its at her house getting some good plant TLC

Baby Shower For Janica & Jaylyn

So we had a baby shower for Janica and Jaylyn here in Arizona!

It was fun to have our friends and family here help celebrate these two baby girls coming. Its fun getting used to pink and not blue! We had it at Janica's house so that everyone could see their new house

 Janica went to the Build a Bear and made these two bears. One is for Chelsie and one for the baby. This will always keep them connected. Such a special thing Janica did for her.
